Please arrive a little early so that you have enough time to park and enter the field within your booked session.

  1. Enter the car park and park in the designated area.
  2. Enter your access code on the keypad at the gate.
  3. Your access code will work from the start of your booked session and for a 10-minute grace period after your allocated start time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your access code will no longer work and you will not be able to enter the field.
  4. Once you have entered your access code, the gate will unlock.
  5. Please make sure the gate is securely closed before releasing your dog.
  6. Do not enter the field if another customer is still using it.
  7. Please only enter the field during your booked time.

For the safety and privacy of all customers, please never enter the field before your allocated start time.

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the original booked finish time and cannot be extended.

At the End of Your Session

Please allow enough time to gather your belongings, secure your dogs and leave the field.

You must leave promptly at the end of your allocated booking so that the next customer can enter on time.

If you arrive late, your session cannot be extended.

Why not arrive a little early and enjoy a coffee from the Blacksmith’s Coffee Shop?
